A threaded weight set also consists of chrome dumbbell handle with spring collars but with some threading in the rod. These weights sets are regular sets and not Olympic sets. The difference between 160 lb weight set threaded and 110 lb weight set threaded are its weight and in 160lb weight u have 6ft chrome bar and in 110lb weight u have 5ft chrome bar.
