Kettlebell is available in gyms, at home and sports athletes also use it. It looks like a cannonball or bowling ball. They are available in different weights, ranging from 5 lbs to 50 lbs. Kettlebells have a handle so that you can lift and swing the kettle bell as a part of your exercise routine. Athletes use kettle bells for training purpose which can produce great results. Weight Bench:
